The town is centered on a 300-meter-long stone staircase street, surrounded by restaurants, souvenir shops and traditional inns. As soon as you arrive in Ikaho, you will see the quaint hot spring town. This street seems to have traveled through time, retaining the style of traditional Japanese architecture and filled with a strong historical atmosphere. Climb up the stairs and slowly admire the traditional Japanese architecture. You can also taste local snacks 🍘 and appreciate handicrafts 🎭. There are many hot spring hotels nearby, some of which allow travelers to enjoy a rare foot bath♨️. When bathing in the hot spring, you can feel the warmth and soothing effect of the hot spring, which greatly relaxes your body and mind. At the end of the stone steps is Ikaho Shrine. This shrine has a long history, and many tourists come here to pray and buy amulets🙏🏻. It was the autumn leaves season when we visited, and we could enjoy the spectacular autumn leaves in Ikaho.
