#FuriTabi I went to Ikaho Onsen in Gunma Prefecture☺️ It takes about 3.5 hours by highway bus from Tokyo Station. It was very convenient because the bus terminal is at the entrance to Ikaho Onsen. Ikaho Onsen is famous for its stone steps. There are 365 steps. If you want to climb the stone steps, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes. At the top of the stone steps is Ikaho Shrine⛩️ It is said to be a power spot, and is also famous for its benefits in praying for children, safe childbirth, and matchmaking☺️ If you go further in, you will find the Ikaho Onsen drinking fountain where you can drink the hot spring water. It had a very unique taste🥹 Below Ikaho Shrine is the famous Katsugetsudo☺️ This is the birthplace of onsen manju. This popular store was founded in the Meiji era. It was delicious♪ And this time, for lunch, I enjoyed Mizusawa udon at Osawaya, which is located halfway up the stone steps😋 It was chewy and very delicious. I also took the ropeway🚡 and visited the memorial museum. It's not a very big hot spring town, but the air is clean, the food is delicious, and I was able to refresh myself.
