The restaurant has a pretty nice environment, spacious and comfortable. The decor is full of traditional charm and atmosphere. The only downside is that it's very crowded, so if you arrive late, you'll have to wait in line. Clay Pot Braised Pork Trotters The pork trotters are braised to perfection, tender and juicy. Each bite is packed with collagen, leaving me completely mesmerized by the flavor. Clay Pot Yellow Croaker The yellow croaker is pan-fried until golden on both sides, and it looks absolutely mouthwatering. The fish is fresh and tender, with a crispy exterior—every bite is incredibly delicious. Clay Pot Fish Roe and Fish Maw The portion is quite generous, filled with large chunks of fish roe and fish maw. Cooked in a clay pot, the broth is rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful. Pair it with rice, and I could easily finish three bowls!
