The lobby of Shanghai Jingan St. Regis was renovated this year. Unfortunately, the decoration has been completely new, but the service is still second to none. The most remarkable thing is still the concierge at the door. His service is very enthusiastic. His slogan-like welcome speech can show his enthusiasm for this job. In comparison, the so-called butler service was average. He gave us a stumbling introduction to the hotel on the way to the room. When we got to the room, we didn't give any detailed introduction to the Caroline Astor Suite, which was of some significance in the Regis, and it was over. 🔚Before each introduction, ask "Do you want me to introduce you?" In fact, the tone is: Please don't let me introduce it to you. 😑 However, their 24-hour tea and coffee service is still good, and the room service was delivered very quickly several times. The turndown was not turned on. It was the most sloppy turndown I have ever seen. The bed was just spread out. Other than that, I didn’t experience any special service. I wonder if the delayed check-out at 4 o’clock in Titanium would count? I really want to complain about the breakfast. Although it is provided for free... it is too average and may not be as good as some Marriott ones. There is just an egg stall and a noodle stall, and there is no distinctive product, which is very unattractive. I have not experienced the rest of the dining options. There is nothing to eat in Shanghai. I don’t think there is any need to spend money on the buffet in the executive lounge.
