A university that is a museum of historical architecture.

👀 I accidentally visited the Changning Campus of East China University of Political Science and Law. As a local, I had never been here before! 🏯 The campus is in a great location, in the city center, surrounded by the Suzhou River on three sides, and next to Zhongshan Park! The campus was built on the site of the former St. John's University, with 27 national treasure-level "St. John's University modern buildings" inside, making it a museum of historical architecture. ⭐️ The Huazheng Bridge connects the east and west campuses. Here, you can admire the campus buildings on both sides of the river, full of a sense of age, and see the modern cityscape in the distance. Occasionally, a Suzhou River cruise ship passes by, making it a great place to take photos. ⭐️ The Huai Shi Hall is the earliest completed main building, setting the overall tone for the campus. The Taofen Building is also one of the earliest completed main buildings, a modern teaching building, and a landmark of the school. St. John's College was originally St. John's College, full of elegance. 🌿 The campus has a beautiful natural environment, with good greenery, and the plane tree avenue and large lawn are stunning! The century-old plane tree and ginkgo witness the history of the campus, and in autumn, they are simply beautiful!
