It's a Shakotan restaurant that not only people who went on tour like me, but also many Japanese locals visit! I didn't eat the menu with a lot of sea urchin because it was too expensive, so I ordered half and half, but it was enough! If you want to try Shakotan sea urchin, I recommend the Ushio restaurant.
