A Leisurely Hokkaido Trip - My first summer trip to Hokkaido, of course, included a sea of flowers. Although I'd missed lavender season at the end of August, I still saw a vast expanse of sunflowers and other vibrant flowers. In the breezy weather, I spent the day relaxing. The next day, we visited the Blue Pond, whose turquoise waters were so tranquil. We then took the children on a whitewater trip. It was their first time whitewater rafting.
