The Great Lakes of Qinghai

Getting There - getting to the Great Lakes is as easy as getting on a bus, quite literally. buses run from the Qining bus station, located next to the train station to the lakes at 40 rmb. The journey to the lakes will take you through breathtaking scenery, snow capped mountains, quaint rural villages and other incredible vistas. Upon arriving at the lakes, you can walk or either get a boat on the lake to enjoy this wonderland. For food, there are several options outside the lake. There is a small village which offers delicious Qinghai food.
