The largest Saltwater Lake in China, Qinghai

A must see if you ever travel to Qinghai. Out of all the provinces I’ve traveled to in China, Qinghai is my favorite! Qinghai is very relaxing, so many different landscapes, the people are friendly to foreigners, and the food is delicious. Qinghai lake is located about an hour to two hours from Xining and you can hire a driver or take a bus to there. The lake is beautiful and not as touristy as some places in China. you can drive around the lake for a full day trip or go to the scenic spots. As you drive you can see lots of local vendors selling Qinghai goods such honey, yak jerky, and fur.
