Fluffy goodness in a stylish cafe

#cityplaybook Soufflé Dessert Café in Puchong is a quiet second-floor spot that does Japanese-style soufflé pancakes really well. I had their classic version, and the texture was exactly what you'd hope for—light, pillowy, and not too sweet. But what stood out even more was the seasonal strawberry version they bring out around Christmas. I’ve managed to catch it twice, and both times it came beautifully plated with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and just the right amount of syrup. It's only available for a limited time, which makes it feel like a little festive treat worth looking forward to each year. But I enjoyed the most was the vibe of the entire cafe, which is in elegant colors and elements. That said, when it gets crowded, not only you have to queue for hours to get in, it’s very noisy inside because there’s no soft surfaces to absorb the sound.
