Village Introduction 🚩 Riomaggiore: The first village of Cinque Terre, it is the starting point of the national park and the famous trail Via dell’ Amore. It takes about 30 minutes to hike directly to the mountain leading to the second village, Manarola. Manarola: The most famous village, where you can walk to a high point and take pictures of the beautiful colorful houses and the sea. Corniglia: a village full of stairs, requires walking/bus ride, and is a great place for a coffee break. Vernazza: The starting point of the famous trail Sentiero Monterosso. The view of the whole town from the trail is super beautiful and it is also a classic angle for postcards. Monterosso al Mare: The largest village, with a large beach. Its style is very different from other villages, more like a resort town by the sea. This is a great place to play from morning to afternoon and take crazy photos.
