Worship in a Lanna architectural temple

#VisitSecondaryCities 🏡Wat Lee was built in 2038 by Chao Si Muen Phayao of Phayao. He received the royal command to build it to dedicate merit to Phraya Yot Chiang Rai of Chiang Mai. He performed the ceremony of laying stones to define the temple boundary and tied the boundary of the temple to Wat Lee as the ordination hall. 🧱When Burma occupied Lanna, it became a deserted temple. There was a major renovation and it was elevated to the status of a temple again during 2463–2478.
