Red Kettle at Starling Mall blends an Australian-inspired vibe with a cozy, vibrant atmosphere. Its warm, inviting decor and mix of wooden and industrial elements make it a perfect spot to unwind. The menu ranges from hearty breakfasts and satisfying lunch options to an array of tempting desserts, fresh bread, and expertly crafted coffee drinks. During my visit, I tried the fish burger paired with crispy, fresh-cut fries—a comforting, flavorful choice that hit the spot. Their Mexican-themed grilled corn, topped with cheese powder and a drizzle of mayonnaise, was a delightful burst of tangy, creamy flavor. The honey bacon French toast was a standout, mixing savory bacon with sweet berries for a unique twist. For my drink, I went with their signature red kettle cold coffee, a nod to the traditional Vietnamese egg coffee, featuring rich coffee beneath a fluffy, sweetened egg foam—a truly memorable way to finish the meal.
