Universal Studios Japan: Mario Mania & Harry Potter Magic! 🎢✨

#summervacay My recent trip to Universal Studios Japan (USJ) was a blast, especially since I went primarily for Super Nintendo World, while my brother was all about Harry Potter! We were so glad we bought the Express Pass for rides like Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and Flight of the Hippogriff. Seriously, without it, the queues are no joke—waiting two hours for a 30-second ride is a real thing! Even with the Express Pass, we still waited a while for Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge in Super Nintendo World, but it's such a hot zone, it's expected! By that point, I was utterly exhausted. Universal Studios in summer really tests your endurance and stamina; it was so hot and sunny that my arms got three shades darker! 🥵 But the moment I saw Super Nintendo World, my eyes lit up. It felt like walking right into the game itself! The merchandise was incredibly tempting—my wallet almost didn't make it out intact. By the end of the day, this "old mom" was totally wiped out, with an aching back, legs, and shoulders! Yet, my son still had the energy to go see the One Piece live-action show—that's youth for you! We'd struggled to find tickets for the One Piece show on various apps, all showing availability only from July 7th/8th. But to our surprise, the park sold tickets on-site, and we even snagged some great seats!
