Japan Travel Review "Osaka" 5 days 4 nights - The city of happiness that makes you fall in love without realizing it 🐙🎌 Hello~ ☁️ Today we will take everyone to get to know Osaka A big, kind city in the Kansai region that is secretly a little playful and warm like someone's hug 🥹💕 This trip we went all out for 5 days and 4 nights, walking around, feeling slow life + secretly being a fan of USJ and of course, eating everything in sight! Coming in a round shape 🍜 ⸻ Day 1: Welcome to the embrace of Osaka 🌇 Flying from Bangkok to Kansai Airport ~ As soon as I arrived, I immediately dragged my luggage to my accommodation in the Namba area because it is very close to the food and shopping areas 🧳✨ 🌟 The highlight of the day is "Dotonbori". If you come to Osaka and don't see the Glico sign... It's like you haven't arrived! The light sign is blinding but very heart-melting. There are many tourists, but I don't know why... It feels like we're back home 🏠💖 We stopped by to eat the famous Takoyaki, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The squid tentacles were super bouncy, topped with a rich sauce and sprinkled with dried fish, it was so good, Rama VIII. 🐙 We ended the first day by walking along the canal, taking pictures and chilling with the bustling shops along the way. It felt like... I wanted to freeze time here for a long time. 🌙✨ ⸻ Day 2: Osaka Castle & Super Chic Shopping District 🏯🛍️ This morning, we traveled to "Osaka Castle", which is soooooo beautiful! We walked through the garden around the castle full of cherry trees (even though they weren't in bloom yet, I imagined in advance that if they were in bloom, they would be incredibly beautiful!) 🌸✨ We went up to the top floor of the castle and saw a 360-degree view of Osaka. Looking from afar, I felt that this city had a strange charm, like someone secretly in love but hadn't told it yet. 🥺 In the afternoon, we took the train to "Shinsaibashi", a famous shopping district. It was so crowded, but the products were just as worth buying. There were clothes, shoes, and cosmetics. The shops were so cute they melted my heart. Walked until my legs were sore but I still didn't want to go back 😍 Tonight we ate "Okonomiyaki" or Japanese pizza, baked right in front of us. The aroma wafted through three blocks! It was so delicious I couldn't speak. I just nodded my head non-stop 🍳🫶 ⸻ Day 3: Dream day... USJ! 🎢💫 This is it! The day we've been waiting for! "Universal Studios Japan" is the ultimate childhood dream! We entered the "Harry Potter" zone first because I'm a Hufflepuff fan! Hogwarts Castle is sooo big!!! Everyone wore scarves like in the movie. We had so much fun taking photos 🧙♀️🍻 Next up was "Super Nintendo World", a new zone that made us feel like we were in a Mario game! We collected coins, played mini-games, put on Power-up bands, and the pinging sound was heard everywhere 555 It was so cute! 🍄🎮 In the afternoon, we played "The Flying Dinosaur" until our heads dizzy, but it was so much fun that we wanted to play it again. Screaming without any shame 😆 Before going back, stop by the souvenir shop and get Minion snacks, Kitty cups, and a bag full of Mickey Ear headbands! 🎁💛 ⸻ Day 4: Cute cafes, chilling out like in a Japanese movie 🍰📸 Today, let's take it easy, strolling around the "Nakazakicho" area, which is full of cute cafes~ Each shop is decorated so cutely, with minimalist, vintage, and warm and gentle traditional Japanese styles 🏡🌼 We sat and sipped latte in a shop with cats walking around, they came and lay down next to us without us having to ask, oh my, my heart is melting 🐾🐱 In the afternoon, we walked to "Tennoji" to go up "Abeno Harukas", the tallest building in Japan! The view from the top is amazing, overlooking the entire city of Osaka, with a light blue sky and floating clouds. Mmmm, it's so beautiful I can't even describe it. ☁️💙 For dinner, we ate "conveyor belt sushi", which was reasonably priced but had an amazing taste! Fresh salmon that melts in your mouth, less than a hundred baht per plate. Tonight we ordered 12 plates! (I was a little embarrassed when I paid, but it was worth it 555) 🍣 ⸻ Day 5: Saying goodbye to Osaka… with a full heart 💌 Woke up feeling lonely because I had to go back to Thailand 😢 We decided to spend the morning walking along the canal at Dotonbori again, taking in the quiet atmosphere that was different from the night. It was warm, but there was something that made my heart flutter, like I was leaving someone… Before going back, we stopped by Donki to buy souvenirs, including snacks, masks, cosmetics, green tea, and Japanese cold medicine (a long list that my friend had left for me). We also got a bunch of strange-flavored Kit Kats 555 🍫 ⸻ Summary of Osaka trip in one word: “Falling in love” 💘 • 🍙 Delicious food that nothing can stop it Takoyaki, ramen, okonomiyaki, sushi, etc. • 🛍️ Cute things, souvenirs, filling your wallet • ☕ Cute cafes in every corner of the city, a bit of a Japanese-Korean feel • 🎡 USJ is so much fun that your heart will melt. You should go at least once in your life • 🧳 The people are kind, smile a lot, and don't know what they're saying, but they'll help you with all their heart! Osaka is not just a "place to visit", but it's a "good feeling" that you want to bring back with you. 🍥 If I have the chance... I'll definitely come back!
