Japan｜A one-day walking tour of the 2025 Osaka World Expo (with a personal collection ranking)

I made a temporary decision to fly to Osaka a month in advance. After buying a ticket, I found out that I had to rely on "lottery" to enter some popular pavilions. However, even if I only participated once (7 days before entering the App to draw a place), I managed to visit 15 exhibition halls in one day. Here are a few blood and tears strategies compiled from my own personal experience: First, it is recommended to enter from the "East Gate", the nearest MTR station, but the door is really lined up, remember to arrive at least half an hour early. minutes after entering the ticket can start using the App draw (there are D live machine can draw, but I can not find), winning rate depends on luck, the earlier draw better, because after seeing the drawn hall can continue to draw. Third, as soon as you enter, head straight to the “Future of Life” pavilion (one of the most exciting ones in the venue, I think), scan the code to register on the spot and wait for the email to send you the entry code. This pavilion will basically win if you register (I did), however remember to arrive within 30 minutes after winning, so be sure to go early to make an appointment before seeing the other pavilions. Popular pavilions (such as Japan Pavilion, German Pavilion) lined up until the sky, do not go to the queue as soon as you enter, it is recommended to see some unpopular pavilions in the morning, less black people in the evening, then go back to see popular pavilions, even some pavilions (such as Null, Kuwait) can enter directly in the evening without washing the queue. There are not many food options in the venue, the price is not cheap (burger about HKD60), you can bring your own dry food or snacks to fill your stomach. In terms of souvenirs, if you don't particularly want it, don't rush to buy it, you can buy it in Osaka city. However, one thing I really want to recommend is the green algae version of Hello Kitty. After 7pm there is a series of lighting + projection performances, the finale 21:00 super shocking, the whole audience is looking at the ceiling (really the sky!) like watching IMAX, not interested in watching the show can take advantage of this time to sweep the pavilion. If you really want to walk slowly and see in depth, one by one, it is recommended to arrange a two-day trip to be much more comfortable. My own 15 pavilions a day really broke my leg, but there are still some I missed that I wanted to see, like the Canadian pavilion, the NTT pavilion, and the German pavilion, which is a bit unfortunate. Finally, in my personal mind good looking rankings are as follows: Future of Life > Kuwait Pavilion > Null Pavilion > Japan Pavilion > Poland Pavilion > Dutch Pavilion > Astro Boy Pavilion > Life Dynamic Balance Pavilion Instead, there are some pavilions I think I can leave without, such as the Colombian pavilion, the UAE, Singapore, the Czech Republic, the Australian pavilion...
