[Osaka Fukushima] A popular yakiniku restaurant in front of the station

■ Yakiniku Gori-chan Fukushima Branch I visited the Fukushima branch of a popular yakiniku restaurant in the Umeda area. When I entered the restaurant, the staff were very energetic and the atmosphere was at its peak. This restaurant serves A5-grade meat at a reasonable price, but what impressed me was that it is a fun yakiniku restaurant with a distinctive flavor. For the salted tongue, I had a huge pile of green onions wrapped around it, topped with ponzu sauce from a famous puffer fish restaurant called Tanmori. For the topping, I dipped it in a sour sauce made mainly from grated daikon radish, called Numa? For the grilled loin shabu-shabu, I mixed it with a sauce containing egg yolk. With Gori-chan's unique way of eating, it was a yakiniku restaurant with a strong service spirit that not only provided flavor but also fun.
