Ribbon River Scenic Area

The Ribbon River Scenic Area is located in the grasslands of Chen Barag Banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a natural landscape of a section of the Erguna River, named after the 186 boundary marker on the border road of Chen Barag Banner. This river serves as the boundary river between China and Russia, facing the largest village of the Zabaykalsky Krai in Russia, Duroy, across the river. The scenic area features the longest grassland slide in Asia, with a total length of 1100 meters. Players sit in small cars and slide down straight green slides, experiencing the thrill of acceleration. Additionally, there are entertainment projects such as high-altitude swings and bungee jumping, attracting young tourists. The ritual of worshipping the Aobao is a traditional custom of the Mongolian nationality, symbolizing reverence for nature and the wish for blessings. The Ribbon River has flowed along the China-Russia border for thousands of years, with its rushing waters intertwining and winding, nourishing this land. The scenery here is beautiful, with lush water and grass, making it the fiefdom of King Hasar. The area is filled with the sounds of birds and the fragrance of flowers, and occasionally, one can see eagles soaring high, so it is also called the source of life by the locals. There is an Aobao in the scenic area, and worshipping the Aobao is a traditional custom of the Mongolian nationality, representing one of the forms of the grassland people's reverence for nature. Those who worship the Aobao hold stones in their hands, circle the Aobao three times from left to right, pray for blessings, and make wishes, believing that sincerity brings results. ⏳Playtime: Tickets are required for entry, with prices starting at 32 yuan.
