Tangbula Grassland

The Tangbula Grassland is named after several abrupt rocks on the east side of the Tangbula Gully on the northern slope of the Awulale Mountain, which resemble jade seals and stamps, hence the name. 'Tangbula' means 'seal' or 'stamp'. The Tangbula Grassland has many attractions, with 113 gullies said to exist, each with its own characteristics. There are flowing springs and waterfalls, babbling brooks; the unique Alslang Stone Forest, the spectacular grassland sunset; ice peaks and snow ridges reflected in the quiet and deep alpine lakes. The warm and refreshing hot springs, the blue sky, and the green grass slopes provide tourists with a beautiful experience.
