Best for spring/winter: Hotspring, fireflies

Getting There - Driving is recommended as buses up to the mountain can be slow and time consuming. However there are buses that reaches quality directly from XinDian Metro station Attractions - Hotsprings, fireflies Hotels - Wang Wang Grand hotel Food & Restaurants - Streets food and 热炒 Shopping - None. It’s a good getaway spot from all the shopping in the city. Wulai is one of the most underrated spot to visit for tourist due to its location where tour guides don’t want to waste the time being you to a place where you can’t shop. If you’re backpacking, be sure to visit wulai during winter as there are many hot springs in wulai.
