Mibundang was created based on the owner's vision to provide a quiet and comfortable dining space for everyone. Perhaps because of this, the interior remains relatively quiet even when there are many customers. Mibundang's menu items are available for takeout. There is an environmental fee of 500 KRW, and you can choose between fully-prepared or semi-prepared options. If you plan to eat within 15 minutes of receiving your order, the fully-prepared option is recommended. For those who are farther away or plan to eat later, the semi-prepared option is better. Interestingly, Mibundang uses a system where you order and prepay via a tablet located outside the store before entering. The menu isn't extensive. There are five types of pho: brisket pho, flank pho, brisket and flank pho, brisket and tendon pho, and tendon pho. For side dishes, there are five options: sweet potato spring rolls, scallop spring rolls, shrimp potato rolls, buffalo wings, and wedding shumai. Additionally, there's a sampler platter that includes all of Mibundang's side dishes. We ordered the brisket pho, tendon pho, sampler platter, and scallop spring rolls.
