The view is surprisingly open and beautiful. The wooden interior design pairs well with the lush green plants. Although the menu isn't extensive, I personally prefer restaurants that focus on a few signature dishes rather than offering too many options. Of course, that's just my personal taste. 😊 The first dish served was the Burrata Cheese and Marinated Tomato (16,000 KRW). At first, I thought the purple garnish surrounding the burrata cheese was grapes, but it turned out to be marinated tomatoes with their skins peeled off. Peeling cherry tomatoes is no easy feat, so I was impressed by the effort. The seasoning was a bit strong, but it was still delicious. Next was the Bisque Shrimp Rosé Pasta (17,000 KRW). The combination of shrimp and rosé sauce is always a winning choice. Lastly, the Porcini Cream Gnocchi (17,000 KRW). Gnocchi is a type of Italian pasta shaped like small dumplings. It's somewhat similar to Korea's 'ongshimi,' but while 'ongshimi' emphasizes chewiness, gnocchi focuses on softness. It can be made with various ingredients like potato starch, cheese, pumpkin, or spinach to create diverse flavors.
