Niigata Aoshima Ramen

🍜 Aoshima Ramen Experience 🍜 I went to Aoshima Ramen, a hidden gem in Niigata! The first thing that surprised me was the deep flavor of the soup. The scent of the sea, as if the bounty of the ocean was condensed, and the richness of the pork bones that were simmered slowly over time were exquisitely matched, and it was a bowl that made you feel the Niigata climate with every sip. The noodles were straight and thin, and they went perfectly with the soup! The topping of char siu was soft and juicy, and melted in your mouth. The bamboo shoots and green onions were also fresh, with a crunchy texture that added an accent, and I enjoyed it until the last drop without getting bored. The atmosphere inside the store was wonderful, and the warm service warmed my heart. This is a recommended ramen shop that you should definitely stop by if you come to Niigata.
