The soup is made with brewed soy sauce, Hokkaido Rishiri kelp, and domestically sourced coarse kelp. No artificial seasonings or preservatives are used. I ordered the popular Kamo Nanban Soba. It was packed with chunky pieces of duck and was absolutely delicious.
