Thieves Coffee

#australiaroadtrip They are a wholesale coffee supplier. They engage with consumer and source and curate specialty coffee. Fitzroy’s Thieves coffee, which I visited seems to operate as a showroom. The shop wasn’t very spacious but it looked very clean and sophisticated. It felt like I was seeing a super trendy cafe in korea:) When I went to the back of the cafe. There was a really big warehouse. There were also many coffee supplies and bean! I ordered a Long black and had a great conversation with the barista. We talked a lot about coffee, our home countries, and our current situation. With just Long black I heard and experienced so much.
