Cute little place

Caffe E Torta is old and well known. It's a bit of tourist trap with high prices and appearance. But also I have had a lot of people talk about it. Tastewise my experiences haven't been what i expected it to be. But still it's a doable spot. Especially since it's located right in the heart of CBD. Those Brentwood chairs and darkwood interiors give a very European sort of a vibe. Then an asian waitress helps bring you back to Australia. I wanted to try the pasta that people recommended to me. It turned out to be decent. The ham and cheese melt I had on another trip could have done better with some sauce or seasoning. Eggs and avocados on toast were nice. Cappuccino was good and hot chocolate was acceptable. Cakes were the best part about the place. #australiatrip #italian #cafes
