Proud Mary Coffee

This is a must go if you are a fan of filter coffee! I got mine in the El Salvador ‘La Guachoca’ blend as well as an Apricot & Fig toast to go with it. Coffee was unique with a citrusy finish and the toast was delicious! Every inch of it was covered in raisins, or apricots, if not figs and the mild citrus mascarpone served alongside it really helped tone down the rich flavors.
