Amiya Grilled Burger Patty

Amiya is a famous hamburg restaurant located just a 4-minute walk from Matsumoto bus station. When we visited in the evening, there were about 2-3 groups waiting in line. The restaurant is small, typical of Japanese-style eateries, with both table seating and bar seating. If you sit at the bar, you can watch the chef grill the hamburg with flames up close. The menu here is sold as sets: - Burger Patty (90g x 2) for 1,500¥ - Burger Patty (90g x 3) for 1,700¥ Each set includes a bowl of miso soup, one fresh egg, and unlimited rice refills. This was our first time trying hamburg, and we absolutely loved it! The patties were grilled to perfection. There are several ways to enjoy them: you can eat them plain to savor the full flavor of the hamburg, dip them in the fresh egg provided for a richer taste, or pair them with the sauces and side dishes prepared by the restaurant. There are six different options, each offering a unique flavor experience. Not only was the taste delightful, but the service was also excellent.
