1 Day Trip to Kamikochi

A day immersed in nature with breathtaking views that will make you say "Wow!" 🏔️🌲🇯🇵 :: Kamikochi is a highland valley located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, and is part of the Chubu Sangaku National Park. Surrounded by the towering peaks of the Japanese Alps, this area boasts stunning and majestic scenery, making it a popular destination for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts. This trip was one I had been eagerly planning and dreaming of, and experiencing these views in person made it absolutely worth it. :: For today's trip, I chose to explore the Natural Trail, which took about 5-6 hours to complete. I took my time walking, snapping photos, and stopping at every scenic spot along the way. Here's my itinerary: Starting from Taisho Pond > Kappa Bridge > Tashiro Marshland > Dakesawa Marshland > Myojin Pond > Azusa River. The total walking distance was approximately 9 km.
