Diagonal, open late) for ocean views and incredible ceviche joints (try La Mar, Av. La Mar 770). The historic center (Plaza Mayor) shines with colonial charm. 3. Machu Picchu: Book your ticket ahead via trip.com and grab the early shuttle from Aguas Calientes town (first bus leaves 5:30am).
