Wat Si Phutthabat, Thippharam

Wat Si Phutthabat Thippharam or in Thai spelling as Wat Si Phutthabat Thippharam is one of the oldest temples located at the foot of Mount Phousi. There is a walking path to Wat Phousi on the top of the mountain. The most striking feature of this temple is probably the church. It is an old church that has been with the city for a long time. Currently, a new church has been built inside the temple. In conclusion, all of them are now collectively called Wat Si Phutthabat Thippharam, a world heritage site in Laos. Inside the sim or old church is a large Buddha statue in the Mara-Vijaya posture. #staycation #historicculture
