London | Fancy Japanese restaurant near Stratford

Went to Stratford last weekend to have a meal with a friend. This Japanese restaurant is located inside a hotel — the ambiance is great, making it perfect for small gatherings with friends or even company dinners. I ordered the lunch set — the eel rice was absolutely delicious! The sweet glaze on the surface of the eel paired perfectly with the rice portion. Mixing it all together made it irresistible! My friend had the Chirashi Set — a super fresh bowl of mixed seafood that really hits the spot. It also came with tempura — the shrimp and vegetables were both really tasty. The whole set wasn’t too heavy, but definitely satisfying and full of happiness! We finished with a dessert set — the presentation was stunning! It combined yuzu jelly and orange peel for a refreshing flavor that was incredibly good. The matcha one was also rich with a strong tea aroma.
