Canopy by Hilton London City: My Stay in the Old Financial District 🇬🇧🏨

#summervacay As someone who used to "brick-carry" in the financial city, I can finally say I've stayed in a hotel right in the heart of it! Canopy by Hilton London City, which opened in 2021, is still a very new hotel. Both the lobby and the rooms are well-maintained, showing almost no signs of wear and tear. Location: Incredibly Convenient! The hotel's location is fantastic. It's very close to Tower Hill, Aldgate, Aldgate East, and Fenchurch Street station. Even the major Liverpool Street station is within walking distance. As someone who worked in this area for five years, I can confirm there are tons of great food options nearby—from various Chinese cuisines to Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, and Western restaurants, you'll find it all. Spitalfields Market and Eataly near Liverpool Street are also must-visit spots worth checking out. In short, it's incredibly convenient! Guest Room: Spacious and Stylish The hotel boasts a mix of modern industrial and artistic styles, with very thoughtfully designed furnishings in the room and an industrial-style ceiling. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, which is truly a relief compared to the abundance of 20-square-meter rooms found elsewhere in London. The open-plan wardrobe design also saves space, making the room feel even more expansive.
