I went to this Restaurant with some friends this time—turns out it's not far from Warren St and Oxford Circus, and also within walking distance of UCL. The restaurant has a semi-outdoor seating area, which made for a really pleasant dinner in the evening. 🌟 Braised Pork Spine-Huge portion, way too much for just two people. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and the meat was super tender and fragrant—perfect with rice. 🌟 Dry-Fried Green Beans– Cooked to perfection. The green beans had a crispy outer layer, and the minced meat was delicious. Amazing mixed with rice. 🌟 Salted Egg Yolk Prawns - Probably one of the best I've had in London! The prawns were well-coated in a rich salted egg yolk sauce—perfect balance of savory and sweet, and the prawns were incredibly fresh. 🌟 Twice-Cooked Pork - Packed with wok hei (that smoky stir-fry flavor)!
