Yuzhen Temple, Jishan Village, Lingchuan County, Shanxi

Yuzhen Temple is located in Jishan Village, facing south, with two courtyards. It is 27.8 meters wide from east to west, 45.3 meters long from north to south, and covers an area of 1,259 square meters. According to the Yuzhen Temple stele, it was built in 1357, and the existing buildings are in the Qing Dynasty style. On the central axis are the stage building (mountain gate) and the main hall, with the makeup building, side buildings, corridor rooms, and ear halls on both sides. The main hall has a stone platform base, three rooms wide, seven rafters deep, a single-eave gable roof, a seven-purlin front porch, five-stepped double-curved brackets under the eaves, and a six-panel lattice door in the middle. The stage building is three rooms wide, four rafters deep, with a single-eave gable roof, and three-stepped single-curved brackets under the eaves.
