Moreover, walking more often in such a natural environment can make people healthier. Oniga Castle is located on the Ise Road from Ise to Kumano Sanzan. The area is part of the former Kumano Kodo. The area along the Shichiri Beach is about 25 kilometers long. If you don’t have time to walk the entire 25 kilometers, you can walk around the 1-kilometer hiking trail. It takes about 40 minutes, including taking photos. However, please note that the hiking trail is quite rugged and some roads are very narrow, so you must be extra careful when visiting.
