After waking up early, I strolled around the Twin Towers area, which has a pleasant environment. One-day itinerary: 🌟Morning: Visit the Petronas Twin Towers, the iconic landmark of Kuala Lumpur and the tallest twin towers in the world. You can view the Twin Towers from KLCC Park and also explore the shopping mall. Next, visit the National Mosque. As the largest mosque in Malaysia, the prayer atmosphere here is very impressive. You need to store your shoes before entering and avoid taking photos of Muslims. Then, head to Independence Square, the political center of Malaysia and a great place for taking photos. During National Day, the surrounding buildings are adorned with giant national flags, which is a spectacular sight. You can visit the I LOVE KL sign and the Sultan Abdul Samad Building. Afterwards, visit the Tugu Negara (National Monument), built to commemorate the martyrs who died in World War I, World War II, and the Malayan Emergency. It holds significant historical value for Malaysia. 🌟Afternoon: Visit Petaling Street, also known as Chinatown, a great place to experience local Chinese culture. The street is lined with small vendors and restaurants offering Chinese cuisine. You can communicate in Mandarin here, and souvenirs are cheaper than in boutiques, but remember to bargain. Finally, visit the New National Palace. Peek through the gates to admire the magnificent exterior of the palace and take photos with the guards. If you're lucky, you might even witness the impressive changing of the guard ceremony.
