Gifu Tanmen

A popular tanmen with stores in Aichi and Gifu prefectures! A simple yet flavorful original tanmen made by extracting flavor from pork, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, and garlic and combining it with a salt-based soup. An original salt-based umami soup with a light taste that brings out the sweetness of the vegetables, but with a punch of garlic. Mie Prefecture's Sawayaka (hamburger) Tanmen version There's always a line with locals. Recommended because it's open until 3 or 4.
