It is a small shrine a little way off the Shin-Koganei Kaido. As you walk along the refreshing bamboo forest, you will see a torii gate, and just beyond the torii gate is a shrine building. There is a roof to protect you from the rain when you worship. It is unmanned, but it seems that they sell amulets and other items.
