Features and Landscape The Qiuzishan Lighthouse was built in 1980. The lighthouse itself is a white cylinder. There are military facilities of Keelung Port around it, so it cannot be visited up close. However, there are observation decks around it, from which you can overlook the vast scenery of Keelung Port, Heping Island and the open sea.
