A date with nature - Lover's Lake

#MarchGoodPlaces2025 Lover's Lake Park is located on the hillside of Dawulun Mountain. It is formed by the confluence of six mountain streams. It is the only highland lake in Keelung. The lake scenery is exquisite and beautiful, and there are dense forests nearby. In spring and summer, there are insects singing, birds chirping, and colorful butterflies flying everywhere. It is worth recommending. It is understood that the scenic area got its name because there are two lakes, one large and one small, connected to each other, which look like lovers relying on each other. There are facilities such as the lakeside trail, the mountain trail, the lover's suspension bridge, the pavilion, the viewing platform and so on in the park. The trails are lined with lush trees. While strolling along the trails, you can enjoy a phytoncide forest bath and admire the scenery of the lake and mountains along the way, which is quite poetic. On the way back, we went to Jinshan to visit the old street and eat the famous duck meat.
