Varlaam Monastery

I went to Varlaam Monastery. It's about an hour and a half walk from the center of Kalambaka town. This is one of the most famous monasteries among the seven monasteries, so I recommend you to visit it. It's one of the highlights of Meteora sightseeing. You can't enter the monastery even on closed days, but you can go near the monastery. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 16:00. Closed on Fridays.
