Relaxing in snowy Western Sichuan…

It's snowing heavily, and Western Sichuan is covered in white. No need to stake out Mount Gongga, the view is right outside my window. I can literally see it just by opening the curtains. Of course, going out in heavy snow can be tricky, so be careful. Also, forget about Yuzixi or Balangshengdu Village at this time of year, they're both closed. 😭😭😭 Gedilamu seems accessible, but the weather is quite dangerous. So… I spent the whole day inside the Windlandu Hotel in Xinduqiao. 😦 Luckily, the room I chose has an incredible view. The creek, the woods, and the snowy mountain outside the window look like a beautiful ink painting. Especially when the sun is out, it's absolutely superb. 👍 The room is decorated in a minimalist, Instagrammable style, and it even has a bathtub! 🛁！ Taking pictures here is really amazing. 📸 To my surprise, there's even gym equipment here, which is rare in Western Sichuan (remember to pace yourself when exercising at high altitude).
