Fuzhuan Tea Town - A Weekend Getaway Near Xi'an

Looking for a weekend escape? Just a half-hour drive from Xi'an! The perfect family getaway. As the weather warms up, bring the whole family for a weekend of fun. Half an hour from Xi'an Xi'an Fuzhuan Tea Town Located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Gaojing Avenue and Chama Avenue, Jingyang County, Xianyang City 🅿️ Ample parking available in the convenient underground parking lot. Day 1️⃣ ✅ Fuzhuan Tea Culture Museum This museum is beautifully designed. Even though my child can't read yet, they were captivated by the vivid projected displays. Follow the guide to explore the origins of Fuzhuan tea and experience its prosperity along the stone-paved roads of the ancient Tea Horse Road. ✅ Fuzhuan Tea Town Camel Alley (Snack Street) So much delicious food, you'll never be able to try it all! Warm your soul with a bowl of Baoji bean curd paomo. Savor local delicacies like Jingyang ranghe, shizimo, handmade cuocuo, sizzling red willow barbecue, soft and spicy Peng's steamed rolls, and crispy Ma's fried cakes... Experience the lively atmosphere of the snack street and indulge in a feast of Guanzhong cuisine. ✅ Parent-child Unpowered Playground Fuzhuan Tea Town boasts numerous indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Enjoy the beautiful weather at the outdoor unpowered playground. Capture Instagram-worthy photos on the wooden slides, and let the kids swing, play on the pirate ship, cross the balance beam, dig in the sand, and more. Stay overnight at the "Fulaihuakai" Homestay Located within Fuzhuan Tea Town, this homestay features a Chinese courtyard design, a tea room, children's building blocks, and an outdoor courtyard. We chose the family room, which has a children's bunk bed, comfortably accommodating four people. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views. After a day of play, the kids enjoyed a relaxing bath in the tub. Day 2️⃣ The homestay is close to the snack street. After lunch, we visited the Fuzhuan Tea Town brand direct-sale street located at the entrance of the snack street. ✅ Tea brewing around the stove - Fuzhuan tea! A must-try! The aroma of Fuzhuan tea fills the air. The tea is rich and mellow with a sweet aftertaste! Enjoy it with some sunflower seeds. It's so relaxing and comfortable. We always take several packs of tea leaves home with us! Just ten minutes away from Fuzhuan Tea Town, there's the Xuanyi Duyou Turtle Pet Paradise, a favorite among children. It's a great place for kids to have fun together!

Getting There - easy, 100 didi ride from xian center Attractions - fake looking everything. Hotels - one hotel i didnt visit Food & Restaurants - snack street. didnt try Shopping - tourist trap. It is literally a tourist trap. fake flowers, some statues and lots of tea shops that offer fucha but without the feeling of real tea shop and more like a tourist bleeding center. the museum is worth it if you really are into tea and can understand chinese.
