"Travel Notes of Jiayuguan" Jiayuguan, the first and most majestic pass under heaven, stands imposingly on the Gobi Desert. I stepped into this ancient fortress city, with its winding walls seemingly narrating the glory of the past. Climbing up the tower and looking far into the distance, the vast Gobi Desert unfolds before my eyes, filling my heart with awe for history. The Jiayuguan fortress has an inner city, outer city, and moat, all meticulously laid out. Walking within the fortress, touching the ancient bricks and stones, one can feel the accumulation of time. As the sun sets in the west, Jiayuguan is bathed in golden light, appearing even more magnificent. This trip has deeply imprinted the majestic demeanor of Jiayuguan in my mind, making me reluctant to leave.
