Convenient accommodation in Istanbul

: 🏨Golden Age Hotel Taksim 📍Topcu Caddesi No 10 Kocatepe, Istanbul Türkiye ▪️The location is very good, just a 3-5 minute walk to Taksim Metro Station🚇, the surrounding transportation is also very convenient, and it is easy to get a taxi🚖. Although it is very close to Taksim Square, the hotel environment is still very quiet and overall quite comfortable. ▪️Although the appearance is ordinary, the interior decoration is clean, but it feels like only a two-star hotel🌟. The reception was prompt and the formalities were handled quickly👍. Even if I arrived early, I was able to check in early, so I could put down my luggage and rest as soon as possible. ▪️The room layout is a bit compact, the overall space is not large, and the alcoholic drinks in the mini refrigerator are free🍷. In terms of bedding, they simply changed the towels and made the bed, and they didn't make the bed very carefully, lacking in details 😕. The shower in the bathroom was a bit of a hassle which caused some issues and although I requested for it to be fixed it was never done. The room was generally clean, but some aspects left a bit to be desired. ▪️The hotel's breakfast is very rich with many choices🍽️. Although you have to wait for a table sometimes, the food is delicious. The staff's service attitude is average, their English level is not very high, and communication is a bit difficult. But overall they got the job done without any extra services. 🏞️There are many attractions worth visiting nearby, such as the Suleymaniye Mosque, the Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmed Mosque), the Basilica Cistern, etc., which can be easily reached on foot🚶. If you like food, you can also go to Skylines Soiree Rooftop Restaurant to enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food 🍴, or go to Atölye Restaurant to taste the specialties. This place is suitable for those who want to travel in Istanbul and want to find a convenient place to stay⛩️. Although there are not many surprises overall, the price/performance ratio is acceptable and the location is convenient, making it a good choice for short-term accommodation.
