Madarao Plateau is an ideal ski resort for beginners

This year's goal is to experience and learn snowboarding. Since it was my first time skiing, I chose a relatively suitable ski resort with fewer people. After looking up a lot of information, I chose Madarao Kogen Ski Resort in Nagano Prefecture. It has abundant powder snow, moderate slopes and many complete facilities, so it is also recommended by many people as an ideal skiing spot for beginners. Transportation is also very convenient. From Tokyo, you can take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Iiyama Station (about 1.5 hours), and then take the ski resort shuttle bus (about 30 minutes) to arrive. However, this time we entrusted DBC to arrange accommodation, transportation, rental of ski equipment and clothing, etc. for the entire ski resort, including coaching courses, so you don’t have to worry too much about everything and just concentrate on learning. We stayed directly at a hotel in Madarao Plateau, where we could ski in and ski out directly. There were buffets in the morning and evening. When we were tired from skiing, we could soak in the hot springs at night to relieve our fatigue. It was really great!
