Mizuho Ranch

Hualien Mizuho Ranch is a famous tourist ranch in eastern Taiwan, located in Ruisui Township, Hualien County. Covering an area of about 40 hectares, it is renowned for its high-quality dairy cattle breeding and has won the provincial dairy farming competition championship for three consecutive years. It is also the source of colostrum for the well-known brand 'Uni-President Mizuho Fresh Milk.' After transforming into a tourist and leisure park, the ranch now features an outdoor café, bike paths, observation decks, and a family recreation area. Visitors can feed dairy cows and ostriches up close, experiencing the joy of interacting with animals, making it especially suitable for family outings. The park offers free admission and provides various dairy products such as freshly boiled milk, milk-flavored steamed buns, nougat, and ice cream. Visitors can also purchase cow-shaped souvenirs. Nearby attractions include the Tropic of Cancer Marker Park and the Wuhe Tea Plantation. The ranch is easily accessible by car along Route 9 or by taking a train to Ruisui Station and then a taxi.
