Tuen Mun Center Dining Experience

After work today, I met up with my sister for dinner in Tuen Mun. We wanted a comfortable place to chat, so we chose Pasta Frenzy. Since we were really hungry, we ordered the Chef's Special Salad, Baked Potato Skins Platter, Soft-Shell Crab with Mentaiko Cream Pasta, and Salmon & Avocado Cream Baked Rice. First, the salad arrived. It included salmon, chicken strips, and some fresh greens. It was very refreshing. We were craving soft-shell crab, so we opted for the pasta. The mentaiko sauce was rich and flavorful, and when mixed with a bit of lemon juice and the crispy soft-shell crab, it was just perfect. As for the Salmon & Avocado Cream Baked Rice, both of us love avocado, so we decided to try it. The combination of salmon and avocado worked really well, and paired with the baked rice, the texture was rich and satisfying. The Baked Potato Skins Platter came with three flavors: cheese and bacon, meat sauce and cheese, and curry cheese. My favorite was the cheese and bacon 😍, while my sister preferred the meat sauce and cheese. I also added a cup of yuzu honey drink. Overall, the meal was great value for money, and the seating in the mall was very comfortable.
