High-quality and affordable Taiwanese cuisine in North Point

Tiehua Village (North Point) Shop 14-16, G/F, Wah Lai Mansion, 5-7 Kam Hong Street, North Point I previously visited their main store, which is also located in North Point. This is their newly opened branch, and the location is even more convenient 🥰. The new store has a beautiful and thoughtfully designed interior, giving off a strong Taiwanese vibe. Tiehua Braised Beef Knife-Cut Noodles The soup base is rich and aromatic, with a perfect balance of flavors. I almost finished the entire bowl of soup 😂. The beef portions are generous, with large chunks that are tender and flavorful. The dish also comes with various toppings, and the knife-cut noodles have a chewy texture. Overall, it’s incredibly delicious 🤤. Braised Pork Bento The braised pork has a perfect balance of fat and lean meat, and the presentation is visually appealing. The pork is rich in flavor and extremely satisfying to eat—so juicy and delicious. The Gua Bao is a must-order 😍. With one bite, the braised pork inside melts in your mouth, bursting with meaty aroma. Paired with pickled vegetables and cilantro, it’s aromatic and full of flavor 🤤. Of course, we couldn’t miss the Taiwanese signature braised dishes. We ordered some items soaked in the flavorful braising sauce: Baby cabbage, fish cake, and chilled tofu. The braising sauce is incredibly tasty—rich in flavor without being overly salty 👍🏻. The Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The peppery aroma of the crust is very prominent and appetizing. Additionally, if you spend over $60 on your meal, you can enjoy unlimited refills of Winter Melon Tea and Four Seasons Spring Tea 🫶. The Winter Melon Tea isn’t overly sweet, making it very enjoyable 🤗.
